Aged so beautifully with dark boysenberry notes, touch of vanilla and perhaps nutmeg. After cellaring for ten years, structure is still superb a with an appealing nose and soft finish. Glad I have one more bottle of this vintage.

Drank nicely over two days. Nose has a good mix of rich red fruit, herbs and a trace of bell pepper. Medium bodied palate is well balanced and shows some layers. Soft tannin provide a smooth grip on the finish.

The last one of these that we had. The fruit has probably faded a tad from where it was a few years back, but nicely integrated with softening tannins. Still a wonderful bottle of wine. One the best cab Franc's you've probably never heard of.

Drinking awesome right now, and further proof that Trespass might be on to something with their cab franc. Tannins are integrating wonderfully, smooth ripe fruits, and maybe a touch to mint chocolate on the finish. So sad to get to the bottom of the bottle.

Drinking very well, showing a little more earth or terroir as they say than I was expecting. Still a lovely bottle of wine, and one of the best Cab Franc's anywhere in the valley.

This is really lovely stuff- very well balanced and delicious with and without food. Has a nice floral, dark fruit entry, but fruit manages to draw a nice line between bold and elegant- finish of earth, pencil lead, chocolate, and tar.

Not the best situation for tasting this tonight with 20 people in my hotel room and drinking out of plastic cups... but...
This showed a beautiful nose of spicy blueberry, candy sugar and a hint of funk. The palate was velvety with a bit of acidity showing through which kept it fresh and showed dark red fruit with a bit of vanilla. Nice long finish.

Opened and left to air for two hours before the first glass, shows an amazing nose of sour cherry jam, wild berries, dark chocolate, ginger and fresh cut flowers. The nose shows so much depth and yet retains a freshness that's quite admirable. Full bodied and with a velvety mouthfeel. On the palate you find black cherry, mocha and cedar with a dark chocolate and red berry finish that seems to go on for at least a full minute.

Very solid Cab Franc, though showing more earth notes than the PM counterpart from Trespass. Still a very enjoyable bottle of wine, though if we had to pick the PM had a more lush mouthfeel.

Totally rocking Cab Franc. Awesome aromatics of crushed violets, and mocha, following through with the promise on the palate, lingering polished finish (30 seconds +)...kinda wish I had more than 1 more of these.

Opened not decanted. Showing some clarity at the edge of the glass. Plum colored. Sweet summer fruit on the nose. On the palate: a smooth entry with a medium + weight in body. Ripe, tannins with black / red fruit and some charcoal ending with a semi dry sweet orange citrus finish. Good to Very Good.

Very tight at first but after about a 1/2 hour it was explosive dark fruit, forest floor and fresh baked bread (Yeah, I know that sounds odd but it smelled GOOD!). Clean and focus with great acidity.

Solid Cab Franc, certainly more austier than the PM bottle, brighter fruits and acid, still some lovely terroir. Perfect for pairing with food.
