Delicately floral start with yellow and green apple on nose and palate. Good weight and length with a saline brightness, showing good energy for the 2012 vintage. So good now, probably no upside, but no rush to drink up.

The weakest link in our white flight. This was underwhelming, and never really came around. Nothing overtly wrong, it just wasn't showing anything positive.

Nice enough, but missing adequate cut to take this from acceptable to exciting. Seemed better on its own than with a light salad. Glad to have tried it, but not something I would seek out - not in this vintage, anyway. Good, ripe fruit, but ultimately linear and predictable. Perhaps time will whip this into better shape, though I kind of doubt it.
PnP, served non-blind over 2 hours.

This is a well-crafted Chablis. The various elements including citrus, minerals, and acid are harmoniously knit with a clean, crisp finish. More subdued, almost elegant. Accessible now, but will benefit from a few more years of aging.

A ripe style, with mixed intense flavors of grapefruit, peach and lemon fruit. Harmonious and refreshing, with a stony essence that continues through the lingering finish. Almost seamless now, but should improve with age.

Second or third bottle. Rich, great balance, body. Prominent citrus. Long finish. Improving with age.

Layers of fruit (honey-baked lemon) with medium acid, a touch of mineral/calcium and long finish. One of the better Chablis.
