Took about two hours two open up, and should be served more towards modern room temperature. Unusual Napa bright fruits and berries on the tart side - not plush. A reflection of the the estate heritage from the Iberian peninsula. It's different, and should be viewed as such without penalty.

Decanted for one hour. Beautiful nose of currants and cassis. Smooth on entry and medium to big bodied, this Cab explodes with rich notes of dark berries, soft oak and spice. Cedar and pepper notes dance on the lengthy and satisfying finish. Pleasing to drink on its own and also paired wonderfully with green pepper crusted filet mignon.

Popped and poured, drank over 2 nights. Definitely some worchestshire sauce notes and some vegetal action. I enjoyed, my wife could not stomach.
