Still drinkable, even if losing some of its expressiveness. Nose is muted. On taste, core of black currant fruit still evident, and greener, herbaceous notes arrive on a long finish.

Medium to dark purple with a clear rim. Strong dark fruit with slightly green tobacco, tomatoes and cedar. Evolving to blue berry and prune with slight green cover. Decant brought more blue and balanced acid.

Very little green pepper, however retained most of the typical Cabernet characteristics: dark fruit, tannic. Nose was slightly medicinal otherwise would have given it a higher mark.

Just moving off purple deep. Plum and earthy but sweet notes. Tight palette of plum and black cherry. Good acid support. Opens up to prune earthy and a hint of rasin. Medium finish of fruit. Potential for another year is high.

Two and a half hour decant, the whole experience of this wine was like drinking a cheaper cab franc from the Loire Valley than a cab sauv from Argentina. The nose and palate had a strong bell pepper and green olive element that I could not get past. Grippy tannins and bracing acidity made for an odd drinking experience, this was much more savory than I expected.

Dark fruited, juicy, and dense, featuring pleasant varietal characteristics, along with dark chocolate and sanguine notes. Solid acid and structure, generous mouthfeel, gripping finish 89-90.

Bottle has been open for a day, under cork on the counter. Some coffee and chocolate on the nose. Tart red and black fruits. Some oak and I thought a hint of caramel on the palate. Ann really liked it. This will appeal to many but it's not really my preferred style. Solid though.

Oak, alcohol, and a mixture of black spicy fruits. Comprised of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Malbec. Requires food and decanting for immediate consumption. Pass.

The New Fleming's 100 Preview Event. Nice barnyard nose but downhill from there, more of the same on the palate, flat fruit in the mouth, medium body, disjointed, short unpleasant and disappointing finish. 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Malbec.
