In any case, this is the first vintage with no new oak, all older foudre. So the emphasis is apparently on the limestone soils.
And hey, what a change. Violets and perfume on the nose. Palate is full and with rich fruit but also earthy notes. I guess I believe in the project, that something is going on here beyond just wine making.
