Very open and generous nose of cherry jam, prunes and overall fruity sweetness. Lots of slightly jammy red berries and cherries. Overripe. Flabby and lacking in structure, both acid- and tannin-wise, too much alcohol. Chocolate oak and heavy alcohol in the finish that is lacking in fruit. Most likely suffers from way too warm serving temperature, but still seems to be a lousy performance nevertheless. Never again.
