This wine opened with a fresh, citrus note that made me hope for good things. Unfortunately, it was immediately overshadowed by a bitterness that pretty much blocked everything else. With time the wine opened up a little but never developed much complexity and the bitterness never completely went away. I don't know if this was a bad bottle or just completely contrary to my preferences.

Lots of crushed rock and lemon zest on the nose, with some floral notes and spice underneath. Citrus and apple on the palate, with some minerals and spice on the finish.

This is one of the best California Chards I have ever tastes. Fresh and bright with crisp stone minerals and light zest. You can actually taste your food with this wine. Bravo!

Expressive nose of stone fruits, citrus, nuts and chalk. Medium body, good acidity, Pineapple, lemon curd, hazelnut and honeysuckle. Deep and clean long finish.

In the low $20s a very solid value. Was a bit to much toast or my taste...layers of fruit nice but masked by the toast.

Ripe apple with some stone fruit hints, certainly able to retain good enough energy and vibrancy throughout. Good balance.

Strange nose, sulfuric. Tasted pleasant but cannot highly rate due to incongruous aroma.
