  • Purchased at Adel's and had @ Zazie in Cole Valley/SF - our favorite restaurant in our old hood. This needed a decanting a took an hour or so to open up, but it had good weight, structure, and nice red fruit with a tangy, savory, and even herbal streak into the finish. Still very young and closed, this went well with rich French food.

  • Medium Body, fin acitity, smoothlike a Chamboll must be.
The wine looks violet colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like cherry and mineral. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity. I tried the wine direkt on the winery at Nov.6th.
