  • A true tempranillo, but with a little too much acidity and tannins, both that could be controlled. As far as flavors the slight tart, floral flavors with a measure of BOLD thrown in (typical for the grape) worked well with the Italian food (similar to Spanish spice -humor). I would recommend drinking this wine now as it may be passing it's peak.
