Quite evolved in colour, nice brick-red. Herbal, minty on the nose, cedar wood, liquorice, plums, dark chocolate. Quite complex. On the palate round and soft, but with enough grip, hardly any tannins left. Sweet fruit, good acidity, not too heavy. Persistent finish. Great bottle, not sure if I'd keep this much longer though.
