  • Sunday night business meeting.
    Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour with green tinge. Legs.
    Nose is clean, light intensity, with aromas of citrus lemon, honey hints, fluctuating florals and minerality. Youthful.
    On the palate, dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium- body. Medium- flavour intensity, with flavours of citrus lemon, honey cream, greengage, bitter green herb towards the finish. Medium finish.
    Acceptable quality. Blend of 75% Pinot Grigio with 25% semi-dried Verduzzo grapes. Drink up, not for ageing.

  • Clean straw color, mild aromas of citrus and stone fruit. Palate offers up white stone fruits, some green melon and some herbal tones for interest, along with refreshing acidity. On the simple side, but nicely balanced, tasty and food-friendly. Perfect house wine.

  • At a picnic in Copenhagen with local Danish finger foods. Faint floral nose, soft green fruit, a perfect summer wine. Great QPR.

  • On the light side. Well balanced stone and citrus. A bit one dimensional but very good with food. A nice afternoon wine for a reasonable price.

  • Drank this tonight at Peng's Catering with 2 female colleagues from my team.

    Colour is pale yellow. Some floral notes on the nose with a structure which allows the Pinot Grigio to be paired with a wide range of food items.

    The food we ordered (ngoh hiang, duck liver roll, braised duck with beancurd, pan fried chai poh kway teow, yam ring with sweet and sour pork, mixed vegetables and or nee) brought out the flexibility and versatility in the wine.

    The presence of food made the wine so much more enjoyable.

  • Drank this at a Masi Tasting Session at Boutique Wine Cellar.

    Pale yellow in colour, with a honey suckle and orange peel nose. Made of 75% Pinot Grigio (which provided the freshness and acidity and light body) and 25% Verduzzo (which adds the to the complexity and body and weight), this wine feels heavy on the palate. Some bitter notes on the palate with dusty notes and dried orange peel.

    The wine is stainless steel aged and went through a drying process to add flavour and complexity to the wine. The process ages the wine to make it taste older than its actual age.

    Leaves a dry finish in the mouth.

  • Really interesting full body Pinot Gris blend, nice mouthfeel from the adding of dried Verduzzo grapes for the second fermentation, definitely not your average Italian Pinot Grigio, more like a Alsacian;
    medium lemon color with gold hues;
    med intensity nose of ripe white stone fruit (peach, mango) straw, ripe lemon, butter;
    dry, med acid, med alc, med+ body;
    med intensity flavor of white stonefruit (peach, apricot), green apple, med+ finish;
