We happened upon this Echezeaux while at a tasting with a small wine merchant in Beaune. It was going for a "song" so we decided to hum along and picked up a bottle...among quite a few others. Very happy we did. Fine red berries with touch of spice. Good structure with an elegant, smooth finish. We will enjoy one sip at a time for the next month using Coravin. A big yippee!!!

Sipping 3+ weeks later with Coravin. Perfect. Sous bois heavy. Preserved Chinese veggies. Silky finish.
