PnP out of cool storage. Mature at this point with aromas of pear and apricot with less citrus. Flavors of stone fruit and wet rocks with tart acidity.

Chilled for about 15 minutes before opening. Softer nose with muted grapefruit, pear, wet rock, light grass. Color is pale yellow with a touch of green. Flavor is light with grapefruit, wet rock, lemon, apricot. Although the wine still has some interest, it is fading.

Pulled out of refrigerator and popped cork about 15 minutes before dinner. Quite good. Apple and grapefruit aromas. Tart fruit, rocks and firm acidity on the palate. Drank with grilled cod, corn on the cob, cheese and crackers, and a kale salad with dried cherries, parmesan and a homemade lemon-olive oil-avocado oil dressing. Nice complement to all of the foods. Not a great Sancerre. Just quite good.

Hints of melon and lime-citrus-stone on the nose, very subtle. Palate just as subtle until the dry lime zest minerality kicks in on the mid-palate. A bit harsh on the finish as well. A slice of Manchego helps, but not much.
Style & Quality: B-. Weak and thin, not alot going on. Not many good things here.
Value: B-. I like it, but not at the $17.99 WTSO price. Reasonably priced Sancerre is getting harder and harder to find.
Overall: B-.

Still fresh with lime and gooseberry on the nose. Citrusy and fresh acidity. A nice wine

Agree that this is mature and ready to drink. Nice clean minerality, pear, light stone fruit. I'm not a fan of SB but I like this wine.

Some decent, restrained fruit, but lacks acidity. Drink asap.
