Straw coloured. On the nose ripe yellow fruit, smoke/minerals, candid mandarins, some hint of rubber, saffron, pear and some citrus. On the palate high acidity, a bit sticky, not so much fruit, almost a bit flat.
The palate does not match the nose... Closed phase or peaked?? Bottle variation?

Golden yellow On the nose crisp yellow fruit, almost like preserved lemons, some rubbery notes, minerals/smoke, almost petrolium and some nuttiness. On the palate high acidity, a bit sticky, lemon, mandarin, almonds and some crisp green hints. Long and wide aftertaste.
Lovely.

Golden straw colour, medium intensity. On the nose dried apricot, petroleum, rubber, mineral/smoke. Intense and complex with some sweet aromas as well as almond and bitter orange and ripe yellow fruit. On the palate high acidity, citrus, honey, banana, passion fruit and a hint of green grassy notes.
The wine has evolved lovely and is really good to drink right now but has potential for many more years...

Medium, bright yellow. Sexy nose of honeyed stone fruit and crushed rock, revealing more of a Botrytis-driven character with air. Balanced acidity. Vintage characteristics dominate.

Medium, bright yellow. Alluring nose shows honeyed stone fruit and gobs of minerality. Light and crisp, with balanced acidity. Brocard continues to impress me with wines that are a great value—and, here, just great.

Ah, more left-over bottles of Chablis! :) I am very fond of the Brocard offerings. Almost none of the disappoint, and a few of them, such as this keep on providing more than you bargain for. Excellent!

Chablis-Tasting, Wine 3: The wine was medium lemon in colour. The complex nose was a little reduced at first, but opened up as time passed, revealing floral notes, apple, citrus, a hint of peach, oyster mushroom, lactic notes and a hint of smoke. The nose also indicated malolactic fermentation and ageing on lees. On the palate the medium-bodied wine showed apple, citrus, a hint of peach, chalk and discrete mineral notes, with juicy, medium-plus to high acidity and good length. The wine was richer and broader than the typical Chablis, with good concentration – the old vines clearly shone through. A very respectable effort!

Straw yellow colour. Apple and lemon on the nose with hints of minerals and herbs. Taste of lemons, green apple and herbs with hints of minerals. Great with sushi and salmon. Might be good with spicy food too.

Light yellow colour. Nice broad nose showing butter, citrus minerals in a youthful way. The palate is very ample with oxidative tones showing citrus and grape fruit with a nice long finish.

Golden straw color.
Mature apples, almost rubber like notes.
Still high acidity.
Beautifull if you like aged Chablis.

Intensive straw coloured, golden hints.
Ripe yellow fruit, yellow apple almost to ripe, hint of bananas, some kind of rubbery notes and/or petrolium, very complex and intense on the nose.
High but rounded acidity. Lime and ripe apples. Prickly mouth feel but no bitterness.
