From a Jeroboam. The floral notes were awesome. Dark fruit and supple structure. A bit simple but delivered on joy. Probably the softest and most delicate wine I've had from Pierre-Marie Chermette.

PNP. color dark and cork perfect. nose starts dark fruit with a hint of match-stick and fairly closed after some swirling. swishing unloads a ton of acid, and on sipping the fruit doesn't quite cover it. just ok

Nose: very pretty and delicate. Violets, cherries, touch of tobacco and wet potting soil. Palate: very smooth, well integrated bright acid, almost undetectable alcohol and reserved tannin. Lavender dish soap (without the soapy feel). Slight tart Raspberries and cherries. Touch of cola. Finish: the palate stays together on the medium-length finish. Overall a really beautiful wine. There isn't great complexity or depth but it's a fantastic profile and well constructed. Giving this an extra point for the value.

Mohonk, ordered a Gamay, wasn't paying attention and got this. Going with fate (plus we had already tasted and gave the ok) we kept it. Floral, violet nose, agreed with other comments. In the mouth fairly acid,a bit tight. A hint of charcoal smoke. Fast, acid finish. Youthful and sprightly, not sure I'd age I like as us.

Agree with Krassen's note, except for the degree of ripeness. I found the tight small body and good acidity rather charming, and felt nothing underripe. In addition, it had some unique volatile nose like asian incense. I liked the complexity of this wine overall, although I suspect its volatility was the cause of headache I had on the next day...
