Still drinking well with just the slightest touch of raisins. Loads of sweet Merlot fruit, black plums, cocoa, and toasty oak. Perhaps the best bottle of the three I purchased.

This had been discounted significantly (below $15), so I was skeptical, but it turned out to be a great QPR wine. Light and clear in the glass, starting to lighten around the edges, but not bricking yet. Nice dark fruits, primarily cherry, with a touch of coffee and dark chocolates. Myles obviously didn't know what he was talking about when he said he wasn't going to drink any Merlot, especially at this price point.

A nice QPR merlot that is still lively with flashy, if one-dimensional fruit, and an clean, but quick finish. Very well made for what it is.

Juicy nose; smoky, black cherry; hints of mint and green pepper; very nice wine; buy again.
