Une pointe d'acidité en finale. je m'attendais à plus de volume et plus de puissance pour un vin qui titre 16°. je reste sceptique. Faut-il le décanter plus ? Le millésime 2011 dégusté en 2016 m'est apparu plus profond.

Ai Suma 2012 vs Bricco Dell'U 2010: - Ai Suma schnell belüftet, Bricco direkt nach Öffnen getrunken - Farbe: Ai Suma wirkt noch etwas konzentrierter und blauer als der Bricco - Ai Suma schon schön rund und integriert. Wenig Tannine, trotzdem ausreichend Struktur. Sehr schöner Wein - Bricco dagegen etwas säuerlich und dünner. Auch ein schöner Wein, auch wenn etwas enttäuschend ggb. Erwartung
