Winemaker's Dinner: Bonneau: Ruth Chris Denver: No formal notes, had this at a winemaker's dinner with John Bambury. This wine needed a lot more air than I was able to give it, with a very dense mouthfeel and thicker tannins that weighed it down a bit. This needs cellar time and I think will develop into a fine example of a California malbec.
