Yeasty, bready nose that gives rise to a medium bodied wine with a little minerality and streak of lemon juice. Not as rounded as I was expecting. Paired well with roasted Halibut in a Moroccan Harissa glaze.

Nose: Delicate and perfumed, with a bright, fresh bouquet of blooming white flowers and honey. The fruit is on the tropical side, with kiwi, mango, and passionfruit leading the way. There's also a pungent herbal/spic note in the background that I can't quite pinpoint---clove or star anise maybe? Quite exotic, overall.
Palate: Strangely mute here. The texture and structure are good, with nice acid and a smooth, rounded mouthfeel, but there's almost no flavor. Truly is like drinking slightly viscous, acidic water with a small squeeze of lemon juice. I can't explain it. I can't remember a wine that showed as much on the nose and as little on the palate.

This was excellent for the QPR. Crisp, flavorful, good acidity, nice fruit. If only more wines could be like this.

Bibendum Spanish Tasting: Pear, apple pie, graphite and floral notes. Palate has good acid and plenty of spice. Interesting and tasty.
