Vino para empezar la tarde antes de la sesión de cocktelería de @ColectivoDecantado.
Hace muchos años que no lo tomaba y siguen en la linea de la calidad.
Muy limpio y cristalino, complejo con notas de fruta blanca, flores secas, cítricos y mostrando algo de suelo. Va a ir a más.
La boca con mucha menos madera de lo que recordaba de otros años, si es parte de la interpretación de la añada no lo se.....Mas vertical que otros desde luego.
Leo que la Doña Blanca se ha adueñado del coupage de este vino, maravillosa.
Para guardar y ver como evoluciona al menos por tres años.

The wine is clear and bright with a pale lemon colour.
The nose is clean and youthful, showing medium intensity aromas of flowers (orange blossom, honeysuckle), citrus (orange peel), green fruit (green apple), yeast (generic yeast) and herbaceous notes (fennel).
The wine is dry in the mouth with a medium(+) acidity. It has a medium alcohol and a medium(+) body. It has medium(+) intensity flavours of flowers (orange blossom, honeysuckle), citrus (orange peel), green fruit (green apple), yeast (generic yeast) and herbaceous notes (fennel). The finish is medium(+).
It is a very good quality wine. It has concentrated flavours balancing the acidity and a persistent finish. However it could be a bit more complex in the nose.
Can drink now, but it has enough acidity and flavour concentration to develop more complex tertiary aromas over the next 5-8 years.
