Drank at Sinskey dinner in Mam, NY last nite. Pale crimson color, nose of red berries. Fairly light bodied, a bit spicy and pleasant fruit & acidity levels. What I liked best about this wine was that is was not your typical over-the-top, over-exgtracted California alcoholic fruit bomb. Rather, it had a restrained style, good fruit and pleasant overall balance. Nice Cali pinot considering that I NEVER drink Cali pinots. I think it a bit overpriced but a nice pour nonetheless and drinking well right now

Tried at a tasting dinner for Sinskey and thought it was great. Not typically a big pinot noir drinker but this had great depth, a lively nose and was the wine of the night even against their POV and Stag's Leap -- both of which likely need to sit longer (2010 and 2009 respectively)

Dream Big - Discover California Wine Tasting (Stockholm, Gamla Riksarkivet (old government archives building) March 2019): Simple, oak bitter, lots of sweet fruit. It's ok but in a big cali pinot noir style.

A lighter, softer style. Food friendly and easy to drink. 89-90

Fresh, lively notes of strawberry, good clip on the back. Young still can go longer.

A private tasting (Robert Sinskey Vineyards, Napa, California, USA): Soft style, ripe but fresh fruit, supported by smoky oak, 13.8% ABV, well-balanced, just the right amount of grip, good length.
