I think it still drank nicely past the suggested time duration. First glass was extremely yeasty. Put in a wide mouth wine glass and it really opened up.

Dark color. Toasty nose. Very carmelly taste due to the late disgorging and hints of earthy mushroom. Brioche flavors on the tongue. Crisp apple finish.

Fantastic wine -- rich, fully body and very long, smooth finish…just keeps going. For me it started with tart fruit -- granny smith apple, lemon and grapefruit -- and turns to sweeter, almost carmel, on the finish.

- Light gold color with small pearls and aromas of orange blossom, tea and blackberry. It's balanced and has flavours of pineapple, melon, almond and fig with a light/medium body. Satin-Like texture with a medium finish.

Anita: Darker golden color; very aromatic beaut. nose of grapefrt, lemon candy, angel food, very champagne like med.yeast notes--lovely; mth is very focussed, sharp, but elegant, bal, and classy citrus, almond, toast. Grt. long fin. BdN is creamier, probably a bit more complex? Loved the diff. character of both, both excellent!

Very nice. Honey, Carmel, hint of toast. Bubbles were perfect, not overbearing. As it warmed it lost some of the punch but still a great effort.

Bubbles were still fine but waning in volume. Still gorgeous right after opening. Honeyed and nutty characteristics. Yummy.

Very tasty sparkling white! Dark golden color, very crisp green apple taste, caramel hints, and dry.

Nicely balanced with good up front acid and subtle yeast at the end. Worked well by itself and with spicy food.

About as good as Cali sparklers get. Tons of character. Very toasty, heading towards the brioche side. Deep complexity.

Nice nose with nuts, lemon, macerated yellow fruit, quite lively effervescence with medium plus acidity yields a somewhat hollow finish
