Blackberry, cherry, plum and cheesecake on the nose. Blackberry, cherry, raspberry, dill, earth and steel on the palate. It started off a lot more tart and sweet than it was just a few months ago. It's like a sour candy at first. A day later, the half that was left opened up and returned to fine form.

Cherry and plum nose. Lots of cherry, strawberry, chocolate, mocha and almond on the palate, with just a hint of eucalyptus, and a long cherry and bitter chocolate finish. Paired very well with a homemade mushroom soup. Great QPR, especially for an organic wine.
