Excellent. Lush purple-red color, complex nose. Strong earthy aspect that seems to be characteristic of the 2012 Confluence. A riot of fruit, balanced with acidity and gravelly backbone.

Garnett & black cherry color. Chocolate mousse & cherries jubilee scents. Flavors of plum & wet stone are added to create a great flavor. Finish last for minutes.

Very delicate and light, just a kiss of oak. Lighter then Gowan Creek. Alcohol is balanced and not over powering. Quite fruit-forward without being "jammy." A real crowd pleaser.

Tasted at Duckhorn, nose of red cherry, plum, and saddle leather, more of the same on the palate, smooth, tasty and rich, lots of fruit, medium/big body, almost elegant, lingers on the long finish and long, flavorful aftertaste.

Aromas of cherry with with a very slight hint of pepper. Very pleasant mouthfeel and the wine finishes velvety smooth. A really beautiful wine.
