Light in body. Zinfandel aspects were mostly absent with any interesting qualities (smoked meat, blackberry, etc.) coming from the other 40% of the blend (Mourvedre, Cinsault, etc.). Slightly sweet on the midpalate through the finish. Medium(-) grainy tannins did not allow this to stand up to food and made the wine feel flabby. Not a re-buy. "Good," 82/100.
