From memory. Apples, some citrus, minerals with flowers and mild eucalyptus developing as the wine airs and maybe a bit of nuttiness. Nice weight and texture. Very enjoyable.

More Wines with friends (Willoughby, Ohio): Interesting wine. Actually tastes like Fiano made in California. Not so much about fruit as other stuff. Light golden in color. The nose has that sort of lower floral quality with honey and just a hint of salinity and nuts (or would that be salted peanuts?). Slightly oily texture. A bit rounder than its Euro counterparts. Still drinking youthfully, I would expect more nuttiness as it ages. Went well with a couple of flat breads. Served cold, I thought too cold although that brings out the acidity, so I am not sure. Awesome value though.

This appears to be made in a somewhat oxidative style. In this case, it served to give the wine depth and roundness without the wine tilting over the edge to weird as with many 'orange' wines. quite delicious, and we wish we'd bought more 91ish

From memory. Drank this with Wes, Matt, Brandon and crew. This was from Meredith's stash. Beautiful apples, ripe citrus, just ripe peaches and minerals. Really lovely balance of acid, fruit, minerals and weight. Really nice.

Opened and 1 hr later. A-Apples, just ripe pears, veggies, a bit of grapefruit ptih, peach skin. P- Apples, peach skin, grapefruit pith, a hit of nuts, a bit of green veggies, minerals and lots of excellent acids. F- Vibrant lingering finish. Nicely done.

This was great. I don't have a ton of experience with Fiano, but this was certainly consistent with the Italian versions. It's a rich and brassy style with a very slight furriness to the texture that makes it nice and chewy, but there is also plenty of freshness and crunch.
