Continues to be a create bottle given the price. Sure, A Chablis 'snob' might not be kicked over, but for an affordable bottle of wine as an every day drinker, this is great. Acid, minerality, balance. It's everything you want on a Thursday evening to get ready for the weekend.

This has developed very nicely since purchase and is now more rich, round and complex compared to the first bottle I had two years ago. Really good and defined chablis and good value for money.

Light golden, m- candied pineapple, yeasty and a nutty nose, calcareous finish with buttery candiness. M+ mineral and nutty finish. Medium+ acidity, medium+ body, medium+ alcohol, dry. Even beer at higher temperature on the nose. Very candied nuttiness. 2014, Fye. Good balance, very good length with the mineral finish, good intensity, average complexity. Very much remindering American Chardonnay, rather than classic Chablis, except for the typical calcium taste. Much creamy than 10 months ago when it was more delicate and flora. Not bad, but a little over decorated, not typical.

Light golden. Delicate elderflower, grassy, petrol like. On the palate, off-dry, medium acidity, honey, tropical, nutty like. Medium aftertaste. Good balance, okay length, okay intensity, good complexity. 87. complete limestone, from a west facing cooler site at right bank Chablis. 50% barrel fermented. Average 45 year-old vines. A delicate but consistent one. Nice terroir.

2014 Chablis from Patrick Piuze (Grappe, Stockholm): The nose is rather fruity with green apples and some minerality. A firm palate with green and yellow apples, minerality, high acidity, and a long aftertaste with mineral. A rather young wine, but could be drunk now if you want something quite firm, 87-88(+) p.
This wine comes across as a bit more green apple- and mineral-dominated than the 2014 Terroir de Courgis when tasted alongside, but also as somewhat lighter.

Laser-sharp with a ton of acidity. Definitely wants food and went quite well with both shellfish and burritos (not the same meal!). Definitely a chardonnay that a riesling-lover can appreciate.

Något enkel men helt klart ett bra vardagsvin.

This has the ability to improve so I'd hold these for a bit. Showing nice now but be patient.

While not deep our complex, this has vibrant citrus and green fruit, palate has a brininess with nice acidity keep the fruit feel fresh and lingering
