Lemon, peach, honeysuckle. Quite low acid, medium body, quite restrained and cool in the mouth. Marzipan and a bit of fat once the wine had warmed slightly. Not too rich. Very good restrained chardonnay.

A true classic. Crisp lemon, apricot, smoke and iodine on the nose. Dry, savory and appropriately acidic on the palate. Very much restrained aromatically with notes of lemon, lees and crushed rock. There is terrific energy and a firm mouthfeel. Nice bitterness to the clean, mouth-watering finish. So authentic that in a way this wine is perfect; it accomplishes exactly what it is supposed to.

Having had the full lineup of the '14s, this is the best of Piuze's "Terroir de..." wines. This is really solid. I will buy more of this if and when I can find it. If this is his low end, wow...I'll be in for several treats in a few years when the 1ers and GCs will be ready.

Great Chablis at the price. Not grand or premier cru level, but it's not supposed to be. Crisp with great minerality. Wonderfully enjoyable.

Eh. It's ok. Lacks energy, cut, and sizzle. Not overtly bad or flabby, just lacking any interest whatsoever.

What a good everyday Chablis should be...clean, tasty neither deep or complex...

Could use more time in cellar. Accompanies roast turkey quite nicely
