Really nice sea spray on the nose. Citrus is there, but some peach skin texture and maybe a bit of honey. Lovely long finish, crisp acidity, with some vibration on the palate like from mint or other herbs.

This is a fun expression of Godello - a mix of citrus and bright fruits and minerality with, as other reviewers note, a long finish make it a real crowd pleaser on a summer evening (even for those who don’t know this grape!).

Straw hue that opens with white flowers and grassy aromas. Crispy pear and golden delicious apple notes on the front palate with a medium-length finish of minerality and beeswax. My first bottle of 100% Godello and it won’t be my last. It actually paired great with manchego cheese as a happy hour before dinner.

Aromas of tropical fruit, honeysuckle, white flowers and peach. Flavors of peach, tangerine, lime and a kiss of oak. Ends with a 20 second finish. This is different than the last time I had it.

Aromas of mineral, pear, leeche and hint of flowers. Flavors of pear, hint of citrus, mineral and star fruit. Finish goes on for 20+ seconds. Could have passed for unoaked white burgundy. These godellos are so interesting and versatile.

Ripe lemon, peach and melon nose with some leesy richness, petrichor and herb accents. Dry, crisp and fruity. Fine fruit character and some nice lees action as well. Grapefruity bitterness, mineral texture and almonds in the aftertaste. Very nice combination of beautiful fruit and savory appeal.

Color: pale green/gold wheat. Nose: wet slate with some slight bakers yeast and faint white pepper (getting over a cold so no doubt not the most accurate description). Flavor: the forward starts with fresh fruit - green citrus, white pear, and star fruit - but that's a backdrop to the prominent presence of earthiness: slate minerality, anise flower petals, and very slight white pepper, with a lingering presence of aged French oak. Not much of a middle presence; flavors are consistent and after the forward the acid picks up. Finish is crisp and light. Linger is about 40 seconds. Medium bodied and dry.
This is why I love the Galicia growing region of Spain - excellent grape varieties hail from this region that produce fine wine, including Godello. This bottle is very enjoyable overall; excellent QPR, and very refreshing. Will most definitely buy again.

Medium-bodied, round and fruity with an expressive, slightly pungent nose. Very noticeable ginger and melon flavors dominate the the front, with drier straw elements coming through the mid-palate, along with a mineral edge. The finish is long, with riper fruit notes holding up with more apple like notes.
