HDH December auction; 12/13/2018-12/15/2018 (Chicago, IL): Shows a lot of smoke and oakiness, with a touch of bitterness on the palate. Missing some fullness on the midpalate as well, this doesn't seem to have the great cut and complexity I would want from the vintage.
