Better than the previous two bottles we've had. Nose of chocolate, cherries, blackberries and eucalyptus. Palate follows the nose with a touch of spice as well. Went well with marinated flank steak.

Tart strawberry and blackberry, light medium body, short medium finish. Straightforward Sonoma cab, good weekday drinker but at $20 / bottle on the lower side of qps. Better than a previous bottle I had in 2015.

Starts out pretty solid if unexceptional, but after a few hours takes on a sort of iron tinged flavor that seems to imply some age, but in fact seems rather unpleasant. Had higher hopes.

Similar impressions to bottle on 12/18/15. Drank over two nights, first night it came off a little hot for my taste, but on night two had mellowed significantly.

Dark garnet in the glass, a little closed at first but opened nicely with air. Nose of blue/black fruits, eucalyptus, menthol, and dried herbs. Palate seemed mostly fruit with some dried herbs and tannins kicking in at the end. Drinking well now, but may have a few more years ahead of it. Went well with Supino's pizza (margherita and affumicata). Another nice Last Bottle purchase.

Dark purple in color. Nice nose and a great blend of blue and blackberry on the palate. A medium length and smooth finish. A solid effort and great QPR for me. Highly recommended.

Decanted and consumed over 5 hours. The finish was so unpleasant, it rendered this wine non consumable.

5/18/2017 - nickgorski Does not like this wine:
Sour, tart fruit, short unpleasant finish. Of three bottles I enjoyed one and the other two weren't very good. Inconsistent.

A solid everyday drinking wine. Found this at auction. Great QPR. Mocha with a hint of cinnamon on the palate. Recommended.
