Interesting. I drank half the bottle, and thought it rather tired, lacking power, and the normal hint of oxidation was a little too prominent. Over the hill and on a downward slope, I thought. As it happened I could not return to the bottle for three days, though left under inert gas. Now it is much improved. It has body and depth and power, no suggestion of oxidation, and a delicious spicy bitter marmelade taste that lasts and lasts. There is life there yet. dg-

Ap: deep straw yellow Aroma: dried fruit and a chemical touch Full-bodied and fat. Low acidity, and feels a little unfresh. As someone said: like a boxer in the 12th round. Very good length
I would say that the wine is more interesting than good. So, +3p for interesting experience.

Rich old gold. Honey nose. Take a swig - this is white wine with attitude. It has power and intensity, and that unique sweet/bitter/spicy mix of Hermitage marsanne. Not for everyone, but it rings my bell. It's very, very long, and the aftertaste keeps you coming back for more. exc-

Maybe the roussanne is still sleeping but it is very oxidative and nutty at this stage. A touch harsh too. Not sure how to rate. We did not enjoy
