Disgorged in 2018, 6 g/l dosage. Delicate gold with a fine mousse. Lovely apple and pear fruit on the nose combined with brioche and shaved almonds. Fresh and delicious on the palate which brings a touch of ginger. Long finish with a dried apple note. Drinking well now, no reason to wait any longer.
WSET notes:
Pale gold. Delicate mousse.
Pronounced on the nose with apple, pear, lemon, cream, brioche, almond and ginger. Developing.
Pronounced and dry on the palate. High acidity, light body, medium alcohol, long finish.
Drink now. Not suitable for further aging.

Non vintage. Disgorgement in 2018. 6g/l dosage. Had the pleasure of being shown around the winery by one of the owners after trying this at Restaurant les Berceaux in Épernay. Brilliant yellow colour. On the nose bread, apple, butter and citrus. On the palate high acidity, full texture and long finish with more citrus and creamy notes coming through. Very enjoyable blanc de blancs.

I thought this was NV but small print on the back says 2017. Also labeled as disgorged 30/01/20.
Either way, this was fabulous! Priced like generic NV champagne but tastes much better. Medium body, moderate acidity, and massively effervescent. On the nose lemon, smoke, yeast. Similar flavors. Good length on the finish. Great QPR. Drink or hold.

2015 base, regorged november 2018, 6 g dosage. Quite some energy still, would benefit from another year in the cellar but balanced and very nice with some spicy notes on the back end, a creamy palate to precede it and overall very enjoyable.

Having recently tried a lot of excellent grower champagnes, as well as Hugot’s extra brut offerings, I feel that maybe this NV brut, which I believe is from 2015 base, comes off as a little heavy and sweet. Still, it is classic blanc de blancs in a lemon/orange/green apple sorbet kind of way. It is certainly a good champagne with a good QPR, I just didn’t find it to be special. As indicated above, the Extra Brut NV was drier and more stylish, and the 2008 Vintage Extra Brut was through the roof good.

New years eve at home: Simple, fine, not too dry, has a grapefruit bitterness that cleanses the palate and also a bit of orange marmalade. Was very nice. And great QPR

Roasted almonds, gun powder, pear sorbet, honey and rosemary on the nose. Similar nose to the -06 vintage. Deep and creamy on the palate with apple pie, pear sorbet and some "real liquorice" as well. Heavier than the -06 but less elegant. Excellent drinking.

Better than l thought. Not as good as the 2006 are at the moment but a really good champange. (NV but the magnum l had was based on the 2008 vintage) lots of apples, fruits and lemon on the nose. Round mature taste of the same.

Excellent NV and stylewise to my liking. Creamy richness, balanced acid, possibly a tad high dosage but overall a balanced chardonnay champagne which does well both with food and without.

Like a bottle in April of '22, this is a 2017 vintage wine. And like that bottle, this was very good.

Can drink now but has potential for aging. No reason to wait but can't see it deteriorating in the short term.
An extra 10 months in bottle since last tasting has done this wine some good, bringing more tertiary notes to the fore.
Delicious wine.

Very nice NV BdB. Fresh & lively, with a ton of bubbles. Creamy and rich, which I don't see in a lot of all-Chardonnay Champagnes.

Växte dessutom under kvällens gång.
