Delicious, but not one of the best Pickpocket vintages. Loads of cherry with a nice supporting frame of chocolate, herbs, flowers, and clay. However, the alcohol isn't well-integrated, and teams up with the cherry to create a distracting cough syrup effect. Bought four bottles; don't regret purchasing the wine overall, but two bottles would have worked just fine..

Knock-out aromas! Cooked cranberry, hint of pine and dark cherry. In the mouth, there is cherry syrup, but felt a bit flabby and unstructured.
