Excellent over two days, with the second half stored in a 375 ml bottle. Delicious, meaty, and peppery Syrah with great balance and acidity. Delightful stuff.

Smoky, dark fruit and an earthy olive quality. Drank this based on the Ready To Drink report but think people underestimated its ability to age. Still drinking well and going strong.

Initially on the nose it's dark fruit, meat, and pepper. Excellent! Palate is medium-bodied, deep plum, some tannin, and pepper. Finish is olives and pepper. Fantastic first impression. Opened up nicely and continued to evolve into the second day. Wish I'd bought more than 3!

Gamey, wild, and deep, this has some licorice/grilled anise notes playing bass, with a sharp, iron/iodine note riding above and tying everything together nicely through the long finish. Violet aromas waft through, delightfully. A nice deal from Garagiste at $17.

Someone decided to service a transformer down the street, so we had a power outage. In a panic, we cracked open some Manchego from the fridge (can't let it go bad!) and paired it with this brawny elixir, a gut-punching blend of bacon, blackberry and overall badassness. Backbone and silk, with legs that go to Sunday. What a finish.

As other reviewers note that has a lot of structure and savory-ness to it. Great on day 1, not so great on day 2+.
