Dekantert.

Tasted next to 2020. Quite expressive and pretty on the nose. Good depth on the palate, well-balanced over all. Fresh, approachable with nice texture and length. A little simple maybe. 90-92

Excellent value for money deep garnet red seducing flavors of ripe cherry blueberry vanilla combined with sweet spices and some licorice. Medium bodied with soft subtle tannins and elegant finish.

Ordered last night to accompany an outstanding meal at Cru Uncorked in the eastern suburbs of Cleveland. Wonderful nose consisting of fresh pencil shavings, loam, ripe figs, licorice and toast. Very well integrated soft tannins that opened up during the night and allowed bing cherries, dried figs, black peppercorns, ripe red fruit compote, cassis and licorice to come through. Very enjoyable wine that combined with wonderful service and an outstanding meal.

Medium bodied, finesse-styled wine with a focus on the leafy, wet earth, plum, espresso and cherry tones. Soft, elegant, forward and approachable, you can drink this now for its up-front, early drinking charms, or age it for further development.

Juicy kirsch, vanilla bean and black raspberries with earthy tones quickly move to the elegant side of the style range. Sophisticated in texture, with sweet, fresh, silky black raspberries, that move to plums and cherries in the earthy, fresh, finish. 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc create the blend, now aging in 85% new, French oak for the next 18 months. The harvest took place from October 2 to October 10.
