Bought from the wine list at Kilo. This was just about serviceable as a simple quaffer. It had a sweet ,syrupy candied nose, with cherry drops and raspberries topped with a dash of earth and spice. Not unpleasant, but just very sweet. The palate was not great, soft, almost without tannins, with sweet notes of cherries and raspberries, some spice, and a flush of alcohol warmth at the finish. Qauffable I guess, especially given the juicy acidity that made it pair well with most dishes we had, but this was a simple wine.
