Pulled from the cellar, long forgotten. Rotisseried a turkey breast with a maple mustard glaze, roasted veggies with a drizzle of white balsamic and a sharp kale salad. Paired beautifully; minerality, yellow stone fruit, a bit of roundness, and bracing acidity. Everytime I pull a fingerlakes white from a quality producer with some age on it, I’m surprised- Just a really clean and defined wine…

Simple, quaffable white with some stone fruit and apple flavor. Slightly off dry finish.
