It ain’t understated but it is good fun- ripe lemon sherbet and hedonistic- if slightly overdone- oak. Properly concentrated white peach, lemon on the palate with a chalky and puckering dryness on the finish inviting you back for another sip. A good New Year’s Eve sharpener

By the glass at Enoteca La Torre, I liked this. Creamy, a mix of apple and citrus, a little mineral. Good, fullish. Reasonably good substance in the mouth. Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc.

Quite toasty in nose. Apple and citrus, with sensible minerality plus a bit saltiness. On palate, the body is light, quite acidic and lean. A refreshing one.

Nice trad method sparkling. Needs a good hour after opening to breath and develop a bit. Mine was a touch funky when opened, but it showed rich fruit later. Mousse is nice as well and I think it shows value for the price.

Crystalline citrine yellow with an initial froth but then a fine mouse. The nose is fresh lemon curd, egg cream, minerals and prickly acidity on the nose. Yes, you can smell it. Yellow apple, crushed dolomite, yuzu zest, brisk acidity and light mousse. Crisp entry with medium body that builds and layers of yellow fruit on the dry and fresh finish. Slight astringency. Nicely presented and good on its own and probably great with seafood.

This was a balanced sparkling wine. Its features are not very prominent or personal, but the quality as such was absolutely decent. The wine can be seen as a worthy alternative to lower quality Champagnes, but it is by no means proving that Franciacorta as a whole could equally rival with Champagne.

Выпечка, яблоко, айва, чуть сыр, абрикос, дрожжи, мел. Во вкусе высокая кислотность, минеральное, среднее тело, сбалансированное. 89/100

Drank it in a Michelin Bib Gourmet Italian restaurant in France. Italian sparkling wine for aperitif. Nothing fantasizing, just lots of effervescence!
