Drinking well now with a decent amount of runway left. Light strawberry notes along with some mint. Tannins have smoothed out quite a bit, but some roughness left for aging to address.

First from the case of 3, in 1 litre bottles. Already in fabulous shape and with years ahead of it. No rush if you have one to drink or a few, but it’s lovely as it is.

Man o' man can this Barolo boy make incredible Barbaraesco.... Wonderful nose of summer fruit compote, wild herbs, tea, leather and roses. Light touch of oak as well. Rich with some light tannin on the palate with delicious strawberry and raspberry notes. Mineral finish. Absolutely delicious.

Young, crisp and slightly dry but really refreshing; good red fruit and verve. Needs a few more years but still quite good already, particularly with air.

Wow, this wine never disappoints. We opened about two hours before serving an incredible pasta with a sausage meat sauce and this barbaresco just kept coming at you. The wine was bold yet soft and delicate all at the same time. I’pm happy to say I have 5 more bottles

Pop and pour into decanter and consumed over 3 hours. Intoxicating nose with black cherry, balsam and eucalyptus. High in acidity providing wonderful lift and tannins which are still firm. Good long finish. Would benefit from decanting and additional time in bottle.

This was truly something to behold. So refined. So delicate. Yet so bold as to stand up to a bolognese. Giorgio, this is one of your better offerings. Why I am the first to review this beauty is beyond me. Certainly this wine will stand up for years to come, but 7 years in, those who have it should start enjoying this wonderful Barbaresco.
Elegant with bright red fruit ,full body but with velvety soft tannins that certainly do not overwhelm even with just 7 yrs of bottle life, Hints of tobacco and tea spice, maybe root vegetable, cherry maybe raspberry all working harmoniously in concert. One of the best tasting so far in 2020. , likely to be fantastic several more years.

See previous notes. Medium garnet in glass. Medium plus intensity on the nose. Ripe cherries, tar and roses. Well balanced and good finish.
