A refined and very french nose of black fruits, pepper, rhubarb and beetroot. Some leathery /earthy notes. Very savory and spicy, almost Burgundian. Savory notes on the palate, it pretty much reflects what's on the nose. Finishes with a slight bitterness which is kind of pleasant. Ready to drink in my opinion.
