Pop and pour. Notes from 24 hrs open. I see the lovely red fruit, game, etc, but slightly attenuated today. On the palate, thinner than I expected. Drink up.

Better than my last btl in Sep. Lovely perfumed nose with wild strawberry, candied cherry, cinnamon, soft stems with a touch of Gevrey funk. On the palate: fantastic acidity, game, blackberry, pomegranate; good density and length on the finish, which shows soft tannin and plenty of energy.

I'm digging the 13 Burgs right now. On the nose: soft stemmy notes, vanilla, sandalwood, mulberry, blackberry. On the palate, wild strawberry, sandalwood, asian spice, cranberry, fantastic acidity, black pepper and spice. On the finish, black pepper and attenuated tannin, but very juicy. Lovely.

Medium ruby. Red fruit, some leather, light barnyard, opens up into some floral notes. Juicy red fruit on the palate, some vanilla notes, moderate acidity, some grip which adds to structure. 86-88.

very enjoyable and in a good place at the moment - fresh fruit with good but not overwhelming acidity - great value!

Bright red. Pretty, open nose of ripe red fruit and earth. Light to medium weight. Nice mix of fruit with moderate tannins. Drinkable.
