Virtual Bordeaux Blends (Online): Poured into jars at 4:30pm, drank a small glass at 6:30pm and over 2 hours. Rich, round, very unctuous. The spice comes through later. Abundant tannin. My favorite wine of the group, single blind I guessed it wrong. I have seen multiple descriptors for this wine and it is STILL not clear to me if there is syrah in it or if it is a Bordeaux blend.
Deep, dark, rich and bold wine. Opaque ruby in glass. Decanted 2 hours was required to soften tannins. Some oak influence, however, worked well with wine overall. Nice balance and medium finish. Highly recommended!

Dark purple, full bodied, rich fruit, cedar, and earth flavors, excellent balance of tannins and acidity, smooth, long finish. This wine is fully matured. Excellent.

Four different vineyards. Ruther vineyard Amuse Bouche, ATlas Peak Au-so-may, Laseriena in Saint Helena, Lambord Family Estates on Howell. FIve varieties of a BOrdeaux style. Each vintage the composition always changes but this year its cabernet lead at 69%. "Lost Wine".
Tastes like big boy Napa Cabernet. Or I guess Big Girl Napa Cabernet.

69/10/10/8/3 Cabernet/Merlot/Syrah/Petit Verdot/Cab Franc. Medium plus nose shows pretty classic Napa nose of sweet black fruit, baking spice, fresh earth, light spice. Palate matches, black fruit, layers, decadent and delicious, cedar, elegant structure and balance. Medium plus finish. Excellent wine.

Loved this wine, wonderfully balanced. Paired perfectly with steak dinner & shared with the family. Never hesitate to add more of these to the cellar.

5 varietals. 69% Cab, then Bordeaux varieties with a touch of Syrah. And actually, I kinda like that more than Amuse Bouche.

See prior notes. Dark red, bright fruit forward but still restrained. Lasting finish

Earthy, softly tannic with nice spice and floral hints. Medium body with medium finish. Very supple and full mouth feel at initial taste
