A well made wine, with orange essence, rich, ripe apricots, a lush mouthfeel and enjoyable acidity and minerality. An above average sticky, considering it cost $20 on release. Drink thru 2015

Wow. Golden, amber color. Pure orange marmalade on the nose and on the palate with some honey. Viscous mouthfeel, LOADS of sweetness and a great, long lasting finish. Tremendous QPR dessert wine. A bit too sweet but so delicious.

You cannot miss botrytis in this wine, obviously, but it is not as overwhelmingly sweet as dessert wines may be at their extremes, and it carries the touch of acidity of the berries.

Served with amaretti stuffed peaches. Dark brown, yello color. Very thick and honeyed. Peachy vanilla nose. Lycee, toffee, pineapple, and honeyed apricot flavors. Very nice finihs, and not overly honeyed. Much like a sauterne.

My first desert wine. Enjoyable, lots of apricot and honey. Sweet with good balance of mouth puckering acid. Paired wonderfully with baklava pastry. Not sure if this is my thing, but good quality for the money.

Tasted side by side w/ 2003 Sauternes. This compared nicely (though the Sauternes was preferred by a bit). This was very nice just perhaps not as complex but still a wonderful texture and a nice wine throughout.
