Simon’s: Great aged Chablis character to this! Golden color w/slight copper hues; I picked up hay, earth, caramel, faint musky honey (whatever that is), and something like a cold baked apple. Not quite as aromatic as both of the Sancerres, medium body, and nice acidity to give it a pretty, long, almost lemony finish

Denis le Seve: Don’t remeber much, but elegant, notes of honey, faint apples, round.

Winery: Concentrated & chalky w/older muskiness; grapejuice; full, integrated. Great older chablis.
