  • Elegant and soft nose of cola, blue fruits, peppers and lightly toasted clove and almond. This is significantly lighter and less fruit forward than its Barossa peers. This may make some Shiraz drinkers happy after tasting many thick and in your face Shiraz from Barossa. On the palate, the mineral and earthy elements emerged with nuance of grilled fennel. Smooth and clean. Medium bodied with seamless transitions from entry to finish that is not well defined, just one dimensional note. Tannins are fine and well integrated into the polished structure. It is ready to drink upon opening, minimal decanting is required. I find this Shiraz somewhat conservative and reserved in its personality. Drink up soon.

  • DEEP BERRY FRUIT, EARTHY, AND A TOUCH OF FLORAL IN THE NOSE. BLACKBERRIES, BLACK CHERRIES, AND LICORICE IN THE FLAVOR. LONG FINISH.
