Medium red, good acidity, good sweetness combined with dark cherry fruit flavours and a noticeable tannic spine. Drinking very well after 7 years with more aging capabilities. A well made and great drinking Bourgogne at a great price point. I have found this wine consistently approachable over the many years I have bought this as a house wine and daily drinker.

Found this 2015 tucked away in my cellar. I use this wine as an intro to most non pinot red wine drinkers and as a volume wine for my big family drinkers. It has delivered over the many years I have bought this wine. This 2015 is an excellent tasting wine. Medium red in colour, good acidity, good balance between medium tannins and great dark fruit flavours primarily cherry. This has moderate length. An excellent Bourgogne that still has more room to age. Surprised at how well this is drinking!

Great fruity nose, light red colour, light bodied, wonderful flavours of raspberry and light red fruit, tannins mild, good acidity, delightful to drink, not any great length but a very yummy wine at a great price point and has aged well! This has the appearance of a light pinot but this has a great flavour profile .

Light transparent color. Nice nose. Ripe berry fruit. More towards blackberry, so has a bright aspect to it. Some spice and eventually something kinda musty, but generally a fruit driven nose. Palate gets some of that fruit. Mid-palate a bit hollow. Finish has some acidity/salinity/vegetal notes. Elegant in feel. You get the nice fruit of the vintage and the elegance of Burgundy. You don’t get the earthiness you often get though. https://winediplomats.com/

Good value pinot noir for early drinking. Opened and decanted one hour. Colour is light orangey red. The nose reminds me of canned strawberries. Palate is fruity and young, slightly bitter. Medium length. Went well with roast chicken.

This is a light glimpse into the 2015 vintage. While you might think it’s simple with dark cherry the acid and mineral are nice and keep the wine dancing on the tongue while you eat your meal. I think that when you compare a basic Bourgogne from 2005 you can draw parallels. While I wouldn’t be drinking a bunch of village level Wines let alone 1er of GC, this is fine but a bit high in price for what you get.
I might choose Jadot Couvent de Jacobins or Bouchard Peres et Fils. Still it was enjoyable.

This wine was light and simple, cherry and higher acid. The finish was clean and did not linger. For us, overpriced for the lack of complexity but pairs well with food.

Simple straightforward strawberry nose, bordering on confected jam, perhaps strawberry custard. Yes. It does what it’s meant to do and does so effectively.

Flirting with the anonymous but manages to be Burgundy in the end. A little charm present. Nice red strawberryish fruit and a whisp of smoke. The fruit captures the vintage quality nicely. However, not very interesting, and a little acidic. 87-88

Pale ruby. medium-low intensity aroma of strawberry and raspberry and a hit of smoke. Light body, light tannins, medium finish of sour cherry. Score 86. (S.Segard, Reviewed Jan. 15/17)

Red berries and cherries on the nose and palate, ceder/oak and a hint of smoke. Smooth, medium finish, medium acid.
