Strong green apple flavor characteristic of CH. Secondary notes of citrus, lemongrass, white pepper, verbena and earthy caramel. CH seems to require 5+ years to peak, and this is probably close now.

PnP. Pale greenish gold. Intense nose of orchard fruits and some herbal and saline overtones. On the palate this is rather Chablis like with intense acidity but good fruit. The finish is quite long as well. Seems like a baby at age 5 and that this will come into better balance with time.

Littorai Release Party (Littorai, Sonoma): Lean, slight noble reduction, high acid. Slight oak spice - ~20% new oak. Fruit is a bit reticent. Medium alcohol. Good integration, just a bit tight.
I like this style of Chardonnay - steely, well-integrated, and balanced acid.

Sweet herbs (like verbena), lime and a hint of camarel on the nose. Sleek and elegant structure, fine acidity and toffee. Very nice.

Lots of peach and nectar fruit with soaring minerality. Very sharp but the finish is a tad bit short.
