Pale straw, with a reductive nose featuring bitter lemons, touch of crème brûlée, wild yeasty wisps and honeyed white fruit. On the palate lovely texture, fresh and full of minerals with hints of more honeyed lemons. Supported by a nice core of acidity and a lovely 30second finish. Good value burg 👍

A vineyard that they own entirely and its two acres of white rest red, and in the white its not a premier cru but in red it is. ANd there is a little part that is village and the rest is premier cru but they blend them so they don't get the 1er Cru. If I followed. Blocked malo or only 20% malo. And apparently they feel that this is the only way to balance out the heat of the 2015. Rich and full but crispy, quite well done in my opinion actually.

Creamy and textured, long finish but maybe not that much depth? Just opened though.
