Consistently good with lemon, lime, pineapple and passion fruit blending well. When consumed at the proper temperature the citrus really comes through, along with some brown sugar and a touch of nuttiness. Crisp and floral finish.

What a gem! Very fragrant floral and ripe ripe melon on the nose. Great medium golden color that is very inviting. Tighter than I expected, and the floral and citrus flavors blended wonderfully, giving way to a sweet ending and a very pleasant and satisfying finish. A bit of sugar cane and orange peel thrown in as well. Tasted twice with consistency.

A nice white blend. Tight nose, but definite hints of citrus, which carry to the palate accompanied by pineapple and honeysuckle. Crisp, well balanced, with a taste bud pleasing finish, this white from Oregon hits just the right note for summer sipping. Recommend, but it may be difficult to find.

A second label from Daedalus, this is a pale colored blend of Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Blanc and Riesling. It displays notes of grapefruit and apple blossom. It has a nice subtle acidity, with flavors of citrus and orchard fruit.

Going through a funk right now, maybe my own fault as I stuck it in the freezer for 25 minutes before drinking it to get cooled down!!!

I really like this wine. Tastes like a White Bordeaux... not sure if it has Semillion in it or not, maybe Viogner... lots of florals, zesty citris.
